Strength Training

The benefits of strength training are tremendous, and the long term and short term effects are worth their weight in gold. And if that’s not enough, focussed strength training helps make your daily activities seem easier and less taxing. Functional Fitness, whether done in a group setting or one-on-one, is the best way we know of to get you results. Add our Strength Program to one of our Functional Fitness Programs and you’ve got one heck of a power couple! 

Nutrition Coaching

No matter how much you work out, you will always fall short if you haven’t dialed in your nutrition. If you want to feel great and look great, you’ve got to work on your diet. With our Nutrition Coaching Program, you’ll finally reach the body composition goals you’ve been aiming for! Nutrition Coaching is for anyone who wants to change the way they look and feel for the better. It’s a perfect add-on to our Functional Fitness Program or Personal Training Program, and there are no prerequisites for joining our Nutrition Coaching Program.
